This concours restored Galaxie came to us out of a collection with a 40 year ownership history. The restoration was achieved using almost entirely original Ford parts, many of which are not reproduced for these vehicles. The owner we acquired from has around a dozen 62/63 406 tri power cars and travelled the country during the 90's with a semi trailer acquiring the parts to do these restorations. It is difficult to describe the quality, correctness and originality of this car without resorting to hyperbole, but be assured you will not come across a better example of an early big block 406 Galaxie. The paint presents incredibly, the interior and brightwork are crisp. All features are operational, this car is ready for everything from concours events to cross-country road trips.
